Seriously - what's better for poop scooping than a supermarket bag? What will we have, paper bags? Washable bags (ugg, very hygenic)?

I haven't heard of supermarket bags being banned, but there are smaller bags made specifically for dogs. They even come in a cute little case that looks like a dog bone.

Only free plactic bags at the supermarket will be banned and NOT the ones you use to pick up your dog poop with! You will still be able to purchase them!

I comprehend that bags are used for countless issues, and in specific cases better than as quickly as. nevertheless, final analysis is they don't decompose adequately and effectively in the landfills, the waters or everywhere they finally end up while finished with. They leach chemical compounds into the soil and the waters; oceans, run-off water from the landfills is a consequence as properly. in the waters, they seem to be a threat to the ambience there and to marine life and birds, as they recent a hazzard in terms of organic international getting caught in them, or eating them as they mistake products for nutrition.

I save my plastic bags for just that reason. Mostly I turn them in for recycling, but I always keep a few on hand for picking up dog poo. Don't think they'll ever be banned here. Americans love convenience.

What ever you use now to pick up dog poop.Pooper scooper, tissue paper, newspaper your hand.put it in a paper bag and into the next bin.It will give more people the idea to let their dogs poop and leave it for the kids to play with.

I guess the next thing to come here from America will be the brown paper bag.
It's obvious really - they will have to replace them with something and that's where it's going.!!!

I think there would be an exception to this situation.
If they still ban it, i guess we have to get use to disposable paper towels/bags.

Hm.....doesn't it go, "reduce, reuse, recycle?" Using a plastic grocery bag to pick up dog poop counts as "reuse"....right?
LOL....if they ban plastic bags, I'm going to lobby for a law stating that the enviro-nuts who banned the plastic bags should thereby be appointed as Neighborhood Poop Scoopers....they can use THEIR hands....who's with me?

I suggest you use somewhat like broomsticks and dust pan, then throw to a pit for that waste matter. Don't forget to cover the pit soon after.
