Look....playing with a dog is NOT training a dog.

Too much playing and no training is just teaching your dog that you are on a lower or same status level as her. So obviously she is now treating everything as a game(your words).

As with most dogs problems...training and discipline is the answer.

But for now you should do as i suggested in my answer to your first question and padlock all gates that open out onto the busy streets.

Until your dog more mature and respects you as her leader that is the only way to keep her safe.

You still have not said if you take her out and about in the world for socialisation and to stimulate her brain etc. She escapes because she is most likely bored of being in the same old confines. She knows there is another world out there now and she wants to see it. She has no loyalties to YOU because you only play games with her and don`t spend time training her properly. Training takes patience and dedication and must be done most days with a young dog. The only way to teach your dog not to run off when people open a gate to the outside world is to win her loyalties by training her so you win her respect.

The site below may give you some ideas on the re-call exercise.

Practise this in your field..... Good Luck

Add: Would like to hear your "Solution" I hope it works.....!

Add2: Any dog that bites its owners hand if they get hold of its collar is treating the owner with the utmost contempt. Sorry... but thats the truth of the matter.

(I copied and pasted one of my answers but I think it works here as well):

Use the wait command. It takes time, but trust me, the result is worth it.

Take your dog to the door(gate). Put her in a sit, then say wait, holding out your hand. Don't treat her yet. Begin to open the door. If she moves from the sit, close the door. Keep repeating this until the door is fully open and there is no reaction, and then treat her.

The second stage: Now include people. Have somebody out of the door. Give the wait command. Begin to open the door. If she reacts, close it. Like before, repeat it until the door is wide open, the person is in the house, and your dog has no reaction.

I used this on my dog; it works very well.

You have to prevent her access to the gate. An invisible fence that blocks her access to the gated area seems to be the most logical solution.

I learned this on a dvd on training ur dog but you can walk around where she is only allowed to go and then you can exit her limits and if she follows you knee her in the chest but only to how aggressive she is trying to get to you. And tell her no and it will take time for her to understand cuz she might be trying to be the dominate one and might not listen.

Keep a careful eye on the situation. Never trust her. Put a sign on the gate "Please keep gate closed at all times".And put a sign that you have a dog inside.

Maybe she would benefit from an invisible fence? Look them up on the net, they can be effective if used properly.

to hold or fasten with a machine: "Watertight doorways and hatches have been dropped into place and dogged right down to grant the deliver finished watertight integrity" (Tom Clancy).
