With the weather in my area going from ice to snow to sub freezing temps, my poor dog hasn't had a proper walk in a week. I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of an indoor dog park? Or even an indoor track where people and their dogs can walk?

Call your local trainer / obedience centre. They often have play times on the weekends for dogs. Your dog may have to pass a socialization and temperament test before being allowed in, but that shouldn't be a problem.

Bundle up and go for walks! It's well below freezing here, and we walk almost every day. You might also check around and see if there are any doggie daycare places near you. We have one here with a big indoor play area. I take my dog there a couple of times a week, and she spends the whole day running around and playing with her pals.

Here in the frozen North, in Montana we have a great dog park and despite the weather, ice, snow sub zero temps it gets visited every day. Most of the dogs love the snow and are used to it, even small dogs come bundled up with coats/sweaters on and have fun. If you keep moving and playing with the dogs it is great for them and layers of socks for you help.
I walk my dogs 3 times a day even in sub zero weather they need exercise and to relive themselves (which you have to pick up right away or it will freeze quickly). I was even walking my golden/collie mix when it was -18oF! A mile or two at a fast pace and he was happy!
My suggestion is bundle yourself up in layers, get some yak trac grippers to put on your shoes, get a coat for a short haired dog and go anyway! It will do you both good.
