No - dogs evolved from dogs. Dinosaurs evolved from dinosaurs. And the earth is only 10,000 yrs old max - so no millions of millions of years involved.

Dogs evolved from Gray Wolves. During the times of dinosaurs there were only very small ancestral mammals.

No dogs are man created, thy came from wolves. But i dont know where wolves came from. If the wolves came from dinosours , i guess you can say that so did the dogs
