do all dogs have whiskers?

many people i know claim that dogs do not have whiskers at all, but mine certainly does. he has long whiskers on his muzzle, his cheeks and his eyebrows. does it depend on the breed?
or is it just that my dog is mutated? does your dog have whiskers?

Also, if your friends get their pets groomed frequently the groomer is probably shaving them off. They don't take enough time to go around each one. LOL
