Why won t my dog stop humping me?!?

I have an 8 month old male pit bull and it s been about 3 weeks now that I can t even sit next to him without him humping me. I can t even walk anywhere without him being right behind me trying to!! It s ridiculous and driving me crazy! He s huge and very difficult to shove off of me. Help meee.

carry a squirt bottle full of water and squirt him in the face every time he even thinks about humping and with a thunderous voice tell him "Off" or "leave".

Or....carry a can filled with pebbles and throw it at his feet when he tries to hump,plus the verbal "Off" or "leave".

It may take a few or more times before he gets the message and thinks twice about humping but he should stop eventually if you are persistent and do this EVERY time he trues it on.

Get him castrated as soon as he reaches 12-14 months old.

Whaaa? He's just a baby. He's not even fully grown yet haha. Shouldn't be to hard to push him off. Only gonna get bigger. He seems a bit young to be that horny too. Hmm strange. Well be commanding in your voice. You must be kind of small, no offense. I have a 120 lbs all American bulldog, like a pit bull, but bigger. I just man handle him. I push his butt down and make him sit and grab his collar if he doesn't listen.



You on the other hand should look up some dog training videos/books. You're gonna need them if you can't physically handle a powerful animal like that. Good luck :)
