Sell them for the cost of their shots and worming, which should be around $50-75. Use any money left over to get your dogs fixed.

One of the reasons you can't find anything online is that everyone else realizes what a terrible mix this is. No one wants to breed such ugly mutts. Even the scummiest puppy miller and the greediest backyard breeder knows that this is not a good mix. (And calling it a "Silkyhuahua" doesn't make it better.)

No kidding you can't find anything about a "silkyhuahua" online... unless of course you look up "Mutt".

Silkyhuahua did you make that up yourself?

Charge 10 cents for every minute it took you to think of that silly name

Well.....Your "SILLY HA HA's" are completely new to my ever increasing "NEW dog breed list"

Sorry, couldn't help the sarcasm, as I am involved in Yorkie Rescue and find it appalling that anyone would breed these 2 types of dog to make money....

There are thousands of Chi's in rescue.....There are thousands of Yorkies in rescue. Please, someone tell us that as a result of relentlessly preaching the facts, you no longer wish to breed anything in your backyard......

Mutts are monetarily worthless, so charge what it cost for you to have shots done for each of them.

Sell them for what it cost to have their shots and worming. They are not of any value.

You won't find anything about them cause they are mutts & there is no standard to compare them to.

$25 to $50 maybe. Or get at least as much as you have put into them.

Mutts are a dime a dozen.

RE:

How much can I sell Silkyhuahua puppies for?

A Silkyhuahua is half chihuahua and half silky terrier. I'm trying to find out how much I can sell the puppies for but I cannot find anything out about them online. Anyone have any ideas?

They are Mutts, That is why you can't find anything, it is undesirable. You might be able to get $100 a piece with shots to cover your vet costs. Without shots would be $50. Then take whatever money you make and get your dog spayed!

Accidents only happen when you let them...Anyways, if you get all the necessary vet work done on them you can charge whatever you have spent, just make sure whoever is buying them knows what has been done, this will make it easier to sell them.

Besides the laws that you mentioned.. Dogs that are not used for work or show must be altered. Any pup not sold to be a pet or show must be altered. Mixed breed dogs, with the exceptions of those used for work (such as lurchers) must be spayed/neutered. Must proove that the pups are being bred to continue working lines. Minimal age to sell is 8 weeks. Heavy fines can result if pups are sold before then. I think there should be stricter puppy lemon laws that REQUIRE the breeder to refund cost of pup and/or vet fees should the puppy become ill, and the vet feels that the illness is at the fault at the breeder. (ex puppy contracts parvo 3 days after purchase) Perhaps offer discount on licencing fees for breeders if they take the extra step to pay for OFA, CERF, etc exams on their pups so that they follow up on what their dogs are producing.

If two different purebred breeds mate, the b*tch will whelp a litter of mutts, no more, no less.

Silkyhuahua is not a technical name, it is simply a fictitious” breed" name used by people to market their litter of mutts to make them more appealing to purchasers.

If you are going to spay/castrate the litter or offer money back to the purchaser if it's done, the first puppy injection & microchipping, then use whatever your local rescue charges to purchase puppy as a guide price.

Whatever your local shelter charges for an adoption fee, once they are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Haven't done all that? Then they are worth less. Your mutts are worth no more than any other irresponsibly bred mutt in the shelter and shouldn't be sold for more.

"Silkyhuahua" is about as ridiculous as the "Pinch-a-Puggle" ad I saw earlier today (they were using it for puppies from a Pug/Beagle mix female and Miniature Pinscher male)

Add: "Silkyhuahua" is NOT the "technical term". It's a made-up cutesy name some irresponsible "greeder" slapped on some poor mixed puppy in order to dupe people into paying tons of money for their mistake or irresponsibly bred poor-quality mutt. Just because puppy mills and backyard breeders plaster their cutesy names on their wares all over the internet doesn't make it true or the "technical term" for anything. Your puppies are Silky Terrier / Chihuahua mixes- NOT "silkyhuahuas". Please don't glamorize your "mistakes". There are enough mutts in shelters already. And, whether you intended your dog to get knocked up or not, you're responsible for it unless you acquired this dog after she was already pregnant and she was far enough along the vet wouldn't spay- YOU chose not to terminate the pregnancy and YOU chose not to spay and neuter when you aren't responsible enough to keep your intact b*tch away from males.

Oh! That's because they are mutts!! There is no such thing as a "silkyhuahua." That sounds like some type of Japanese robe. Get real.

You may be able to sell them for the price it costs you to spay and neuter all the pups, and get them their shots.

I'd say about $50 for those mutts. And the money can go towards the puppy shots and some money to get the b*tch spayed and the male neutered.
