We didn't attack you. Your original question wasn't clear.

Ok, so I have some questions before I send anyone to your site:

1. What are you offering that shelters, that take in these dogs for free are not?

2. What are you doing to screen potential adopters?

3. Your website isn't completed; none of the buttons work and there's no content. Plus, the maintenance of a site, such as yours should be minimum, depending on your hosting company. Why are you asking for money to upkeep a site that isn't even completed?

4. What role are YOU personally playing in the development of the site and what role are YOU playing with regards to getting dogs placed?

5. What are your qualifications?

6. Are you aware that countless people already make donations to shelters? Why do they need to go through you? And what proof does one have that the proceeds will in fact, go to shelters?

7. Plus, I wouldn't donate anyone using the name "shoeluvaprincess..." a dime.

What kind of scam is this?!

People are NOT going to pay YOU to adopt their dogs, when they can drop them off at the shelter for FREEEEEEE!!!

If you want to help...volunteer your time and stop wasting ours.

I went to your website and the only tabs that would work for me were contact and donations - which linked right to paypal. Shelters needing help, what part of that don't we know already?

Why would I give you $50, instead of giving it to the shelter. Besides that, why would I adopt from you? I would go directly to the shelter, I have no idea what your standards are. Are you advertising shelter dogs? You better clarify, if so you need to check with the shelters before you start offering their animals.

As far as paying for you to maintain a website, why should I? You want it you, pay for it. If you want money file as a charitable organization and give yourself some creditability.

Right now if I came across the site I would think it was a scam and I bet a lot of other people think so too. You need to do a lot of ground work to get this going.

I think your website is great; I do not think $50.00 to adopt a dog is alot of money. But you should say where you get the dogs from, how you find them, whether they are vaccinated and examined by a Veterinarian and what the charge will be used for. I do not know whether you formed a not-for-profit corporation or not, but you should be careful if you use the word $50.00 donation. You could call the $50.00 fee an administrative cost or finder's fee. You could post the information in the website and state the fee is required to match a dog with the right owner. You should also give more information about how your site and business works.

If you are advertising animals available for adoption via shelters/rescues or private parties other than yourself, then you really have no right to charge a fee, just because they found the dog by viewing your website....they'll just stop using it.

Attach yourself to the Humane Society - they've been doing this a lot longer & what they do is WONDERFUL. You could only gain by helping them.

Your additional paragraphs come off as kind of rage-ish, that's not what I would want if I had to send my dog off.
