I want to start making my own dog food.
Does anyone have good recipes that contain no wheat products?

You may want to check with your Vet on some things, but you can do this quite easily. I've been cooking for my dogs since 1990. Start with ground hamburger and well cooked rice or potato. See how the dog does with this. You can replace the rice with Spinach too. Find meats in the meat department that are on "Special". Importantly, find things with low FAT content. Lamb is the best but pricey, Try looking for Pork Picnic Shoulders (low fat and usually about $1.00 per lbs), Watch for chicken specials especially this time of year. Beef Chuck roasts are good if you have a crock pot to slow cook it.
Bake the Pork shoulder for about 5 hours at 350 degrees. The skin will be crunchy. Cut the skin into small squares (dogs love these). The meat should pull apart easily. You can mix this with some well cooked rice or well cooked potato. If you would like to give the dog the shoulder bone it's safe. You can bake or boil the chicken, but fully de-bone the chicken. Also, look for turkey tails in the store. It's all meat with the skin. I bake this in the oven, let it cool and serve whole.

Just Google it. There are tons of recipes.
However, if you plan to make home made recipes, your dog's regular food, please do some research on canine nutrition. Their nutritional needs differ greatly from a human's.
I'm sure some people will suggest raw feeding, which is basically exactly what it suggests - eating raw animal flesh. I'm guessing it's not pleasant to prepare but anatomically it's the healthiest and most natural food for a dog.

Cut out the mayo, the grapes (Why would you feed a carnivore grapes? They don't feed lions and wolves grapes at the zoo, I assure you), the flour, the chicken broth, and the chocolate. That leaves you with chicken breast. But don't cube it, dogs have teeth perfectly designed for chewing their food and don't need your help. But chicken breast isn't a balanced diet so add in some heart, liver, gizzards, kidney, green tripe and the like. Add a little salmon oil for Omega 3 and 6 and tada. You'll be feeding your dog the healthiest homemade diet possible, a raw (aka uncooked because, dogs don't have thumbs, start fires, nor do they cook, nor are they evolved (as we are) to eat cooked meat) prey modeled diet!!!

RAW or BARF diets are the absolute best for people who want to feed their dogs healthier and safer meals.

Its just meat and bones, no vegetables, grains or any fillers. Its the most basic and natural diet that your dog can be on- regardless of breed.

you can cook rice and add cooked chicken or hamburger just as long as your dog doesn't have a sensitive stomach
