i have 2 dogs both are males i have a miniature long haired mini doxin that is actually quite large for his breed and i have a 6 month old jack russel terrier now both have their ups and downs but they piss everywhere and the jack russel beats up on the doxing because he's so docile and takes it from the puppy because he's about 5 yrs old and kinda has the daddy mode to him but when he does get tired of it he does alpha dog him and throw his him around with no problems my mom and dad wanna neuter them both but i personally don't think it will stop the problems let me know what u think is best ideas

Neutering helps prevent diseases, banishes the process of mating, and usually helps reduce a dog's aggressive or dominent behavior which does help the not spray everywhere, SO the answer to your question is yes.

Though don't be surprised if your dog still sprays, cuz it only helps a little ok?

Nope.

If your dachshund is 16 pounds or more he's a STANDARD.

Your pup will settle when he gets older and TRAINED.

You have a five year old dog you haven't broken of marking in the house so I doubt you can train the younger one not to do the same.

Will neutering suddenly restore balance to your undisciplined home and make your dogs suddenly follow rules and have manners that they have never been taught?

Not a chance in hell.

It's called TRAINING, which is what everyone else does when they want well-mannered dogs.
