Its called you pack up your ***** and her litter and go to the vet. you then make SURE she's delivered all of her litter.

First, congrats on the pups. Next, you're probably not going to want this answer as you already know it! If labor has stopped, which if she has not produced a pup in many hours and is no longer contracting, then it has...your pug needs a vet. There very well may be a pup (or several) left inside her. They could still be alive but for whatever reason the mother quit laboring. There is only one option and that is the vet. The vet will be able to determine if there IS still pups inside and what course of action needs taken (generally Cesarean) to get the pups out. Finally, how much do you love your pug? If you're considering NOT taking her to the vet keep in mind that any pups left, if not removed, WILL die...and the mother may as well from the infection the dead pups will cause.
That all said, you may just be feeling the end of her labor...are there hard masses in her abdomen? (don't push hard) If not, then you're probably NOT feeling pups...just her body going back to normal. Best of luck to you and your pug!

If you love your pug take her and her puppies to the vet now! It is apparent you are not knowledgeable about breeding. While you are there, ask all the questions you can think of, then come home and start researching how to care for new born puppies. If you do not take this advice you can and most likely will, lose the dam and the entire litter! There are some good websites that talk about rearing newborn puppies. Because if you lose the dam that is what you will be doing. It is exhausting work, expensive, and not for the novice or first time breeder.
There are some things you can't just wait and see if it will clear up on it's own. This is one situation you do not hesitate to act upon!
Good Luck and congratulations!

Responsible breeders take the mother and litter to the vet for a once-over within the first 48 hours.

you should go to the vet and have them feel her stomach. i hope she is ok. after she and the pups are safe and fine, schedule a spay immediately. 8]
