my dog Daphne (she is 8 years old) is becoming increasingly aggressive towards other dogs.
she is a Greek Shepard (livestock guard dog) .she is 60 kgr but quite thin for her size .her race is breed for 2000 years to protect animals against brown bear and wolf attacks so she can easily kill a dog the size of a German Shepard.
i can barely hold her back from attacking other dogs when we go for a walk (i have to use a thick chain as a leash when we go for walks)
she is nice to people when i am present and behaves herself but when she meets other dogs she just wants to kill them
she lives in my garden so she has a large area to run all day but still i like taking her for long walks every afternoon but it is increasingly becoming more difficult to control her when we meet other dogs

Here is an article that shows you how to stop dog on dog aggression

http://www.dog-obedience-training-review.com/dog-to-dog-aggression.html

When a dog develops aggression that goes far beyond what they used to do, it's time for a checkup at the vets. Many times increasing aggression is due to a medical problem such as Hypothyroidism and needs to be addressed as it will continue to get worse if not treated.

Well you know what they say

attack is the best form of defence.

She has learned that by attacking

other dogs she gets rid of them and

life becomes more bearable again.

You will need a good dog trainer to

help you over come this and they

will use techniques such as counter

conditioning and de-sensitising and

they may even use this method

Your dog is not well socialised with other dogs. He can learn how to behave himself, and eventually to be friendly and play like a normal dog - depending on his breed. Some breeds are harder than others.

Dog training classes are the only way to tackle this problem. He needs to be around other dogs. And it will teach you how to handle and contrl him. Mention the problem with motorbikes to the trainer. Hopefully they'll know people who have bikes that can drive around near your dog, then get off the bike, take off their helmet and feed him.
