That's not abuse. She's doing things correctly...she's teaching the dog that the dog needs to go where SHE goes, not where the dog wants to go.

No everything looks fine. The dog looks like its scared probably from all the people taking pictures so he stop and shes trying to keep him moving. Nothing wrong when my puppy stops and tries to pull away on his leash I still pull him along.

erm...the dog has just stopped walking..probably scared of the photographers. I don't think it's abuse, just an unfortunate photo.
