Dogs getting along is not influenced by breed. It's temperament.

Basset hounds are verryyy friendly. I have one and I will never go without having one in my house. They are absolutely adorable, don't need a ton of exercise, get along great with kids and other dogs. They don't require much grooming, they are absolutely hilarious. I would strongly recommend the basset. But the corgi isn't too bad either, but they are quite loud. Beagles are great. They will always bring a smile to your face. But when my family has had them, they were both run over at a young age. :( it was very depressing, but enough about me. They are pretty good with people and dogs. They don't need too much grooming, but they are pretty high strung. Labs are good dogs also, but since you already have one, maybe you want a different breed. But don't depend completely on the breed, it also depends on the personality of the dog itself. When you do decide to go, see if you could bring your lab and see how they like each other. Hope I helped! Good luck!

Most dogs get along as long as they are treated right; it's not a breed trait. But you should try to match breed traits. Bassets and beagles are both scent hounds, both resistant to training. The corgi is the opposite. Lab is different, yet.

Hi person

Aduil hit the nail on the head!

Although a dogs breed will give what its traits will be & sometimes temperament it more depends on the dogs individual personality & dominance level. So long as you are dominant calm assertive pack leader & your dogs are submissive, you will have no problems.

I currently own a 9yr old lab & a 3mnth old beagle pup, they get along fine as both have good food motivation & good sense of smell. But that has nothing to do with pack dynamics but how I assert dominance as the pack leader to let them know I am in charge so they do have any aggression issues between each other.

Any of them - keep in mind that beagles like to dig, take off and howl a lot. Might do better with a Corgi or another Lab out of your choices.

Any dog would get along with a lab except a corgi

entirely depends upon the dog, do brown haired people get on with ginger haired people? nobody can answer this question for you, but in the long run, they will all get on eventually to some degree if kept in a close living environment for a long period of time

basset hounds are really sweet, but also very stubborn, beagles are kind of hard to control, and pembrooke corgis are very calm.

It really doesn't matter if you get the dog as a puppy or adopt an adult dog that is tested to be good with other dogs.

I totally agree with Aduial. I don't see why they would give him/her the thumbs down. There's a lot of people here that give very bad info
