Heres a list I researched using the internet

1. Restaurant Pawtobello

- Singapore's first "dog-friendly" restaurant where dogs are allowed to accompany their owners inside.

It even has a dog menu just for canines. Pooches can choose to tuck into a variety of European dishes, including crepes and chicken rolls.

Visit this website for more info : http://www.bringfido.com/restaurant/96/#map

2. Four Seasons Singapore

The Four Seasons Singapore, for example, allows one so-called ‘lap dog’ (under 8kg) per room for no extra charge. They also allow all cats, ferrets and rabbits – but, says the reception, ‘No tigers, please!’ While you have to sign a contract, the hotel has two simple rules. No animals in any of the food and beverage outlets and dogs are to be leashed in the common areas. As for your pet’s comfort, they’ll arrange for a sleeping basket for your pampered one and will usually allocate any pet-occupied room away from couples.

Costs: From S$360.

Where: 190 Orchard Boulevard, Singapore (Tel: 6734 1110,

3. K9 Kafe

Closed on Mondays. To be safe, go after 1030am, say about 11am. The food is excellent and delicious!!! Highly recommend the St Bernard Breakfast or the Grilled Chicken. Yumilicious! You can either order dishes by themselves or as a set. There is only 1 staff cooking so during peak periods, you need to be patient. Dogs get to mingle freely and openly without needing to be leashed up like the cafe along Thomson. US bakery is next to it so you can order snacks for the pooches too. The dog menu is nothing as good as Urban pooch but the human food is lovely!

4. Give a Dog a Bone Cafe

- was started by 2 animal-loving sisters who thought that there weren't enough pet-friendly eateries around in Singapore. They had a vision to create a lovely little café, ideal for all pet owners and their bestfriends to comfortably chill out and have fun. And where dogs can have a good homemade feast and mingle with other playmates.

Opening Hours :Tuesdays - Fridays 12:00pm - 8:30pm Saturdays - Sundays 9:30am - 8:30pm

It's a matter of Health and Safety, nothing to do with management, if H&R turn up while you and your "non-guide dog" sitting beside you, there could be a serious penalty for the restaurant/pub.
