what types of ''human food'' does your dog like to eat?

my lil doxie strangely likes eating cooked vegies like onions and peppers and most of all broccoli...!?!

i was just wondering if your dog likes to eat these things too?
and what other things do they unusually like?

I don't give my dogs onions and peppers at all. I make sure they don't eat foods that have those in them. Other veggies like broccoli and beans I am ok with them eating small bits of as a treat. Onions and peppers can actually build up in your dogs system attacking blood cells causing canine anemia. It won't kill or hurt them right away but continually eating them over time will be bad for them

Mine likes loads of cooked vegetables. But the ones that don't make him too gassy - and hence the ones he can have - are carrots and green beans. He also gets some cooked sweet potato now and again.

And plain yogurt.



Of course any type of meat. Although his stomach is not too fond of any kind of fish.

don't feed him peppers and onions unless u want to see your doggie in heaven o.o lol. although i must say my dog is like a vacuum cleaner! it will eat anything that is human editable. no joke. ha ha. it will like stare or wait for you to finish eating and even if a tiny ant sized crumb falls in the ground my dog eats it. so yea but my dog mostly prefers to eat sausages, ham, and anything around there. my dog is definitely not vegetarian ha ha. well yea :P

my beautiful great dane puppy is the most obediant dog when she is given peas as treats haha.

But she isnt always healthy, she likes packet caramel pecan cookies too!

I try not to give her them but she stands in front of the cookie jar and drools and i just give in!

My papillion LOVES veggies, my mastiff does not.... both of them will eat any meat and my mastiff likes bread (he only gets this if he swipes it from the 3 yr old kid) and they will both eat rice....dogs are very particular in what they like........just remember absolutely NO CHOCOLATE for a dog- it can kill them, grapes either......

Marshmallows. Sounds weird, but it's true. I've only given her a marshmallow a couple times, and it was sooo funny to watch her eat it!!

my dog LOVES the peanuts you have to crack out of the shells. I only give him a few and im guessing they aren't too bad because dogs can eat peanut butter :/

My dachshund likes spaghetti and butter. He will go out of his way for strawberry milk and chicken chips.
