I miss my dog Tony....?

Question

I had a dog that I was very found of and his name was Tony. He was so playful and fun to have around. He has disappeared and I miss him a great deal. I'm sure my friends miss him too.

Do you have any ideas how to find him and get him back where he belongs? My days are not the same without him.

Nope, I don't miss puppydom one bit. I like having a dog that knows the rules and just follows them because it's too much work to do otherwise. I like the fact that I can be working in another room and that my dog being quiet for any period of time isn't reason to be concerned. Bailey is 10 now, and just like WD Rescue, it is painful for me to see him age and begin to show it a little these days. Lilly is my new rescue baby, but she's already two. Just working with her and "showing her the ropes" around here is plenty for me. I love that I don't have to crate her all the time. I hate, hate, hate potty training and I feel guilty when I have to crate a dog every second I can't be watching over them. Maybe someday I'll do the "puppy thing" again...but for now it's more than I want to deal with.

I heard there was one specific female dog that made Tony sad - now that she is gone, maybe Tony will come back and play with us?

i know how it is my dog snoopy got out and did not come back for 5days ...most dogs will come home in time ..give your animal control a call they may have picked him up ....just keep the gate open and a sharp eye he will come back ...he will need a bath and a check up when he is home to see if he was hurt or bitten by an other animal......if he has tags and all with your info on it he will be ok....good luck with your search and be a good owner and give him alot of love ..

I miss TONY also.

His funny bark and they way he would nip.

I miss the way he would growl when antaganized.

I wish he would come back.

Now that the B**ch is gone, maybe he will.

(they can be nasty... sometimes)

well what i would do in this instance, i would put up flyers with his picture on it. and offer a rewar, it doesn't have to be much, but enough to get him back. search the area around where you live. you may or may not find him. but at least your trying. Another good thing would be to check any animal hospitals or clinics.
