As others have already stated, the term "teacup" is not a size of ANY breed. It is a term coined by irreputable breeders. Pomeranians come in ONE size. Even breeds like poodles only come in standard, miniature, and toy. NOT TEACUP.
Second, small breeds like Poms should stay with the litter for 10-12 weeks. In many areas it is actually illegal to sell a dog before 8 weeks.
Third, there is not a reputable, responsible breeder out there that will sell you a brother/sister sibling pair from the same litter.
Fourth, even crappy BYB's sell their dogs for more than $300 and no one I have ever heard of does a 2fer deal.

No backyard breeder will sell a popular fad for that price. Teacup is not a standard. The Pomeranian standard is simply 3-7 lbs. A 3 lb pomeranian is not teacup. A 2 lb pomeranian will likely die of sickness or serious injury before 12 months of age. There's a reason there's a minimum preferred weight to toy breeds and it has to do with the very real fact that they are fragile, and even more so as a sickly runt. Yes, runt. Teacups are runts if they're actually "teacup" at all. Most are normal sized or even exceed the standard. 7 lbs is a very small dog as it is.
6 weeks is too young to remove puppies from a litter, especially small breed puppies. Toy pups should stay for at least 12 weeks to reduce the chance of SERIOUS injury. These dogs can break legs jumping off of furniture. Puppies that small don't survive being stepped on or tripped over, they die.
I get the impression you're looking to breed by your request for cheap fad-sized male and female puppies. Pomeranian breeding is expensive and very risky. Female toy-size dogs frequently require c-sections as they often cannot whelp successfully otherwise. Many backyard breeders kill their dogs through this kind of obscene ignorance.
You have a crap load of research to do before you think of getting a toy breed. There are a ton of scams running (like "teacup" or "micro") that very, very commonly result in sickly dogs that don't meet the breed standard at all.

Joking, right?
1) No reputable breeder will sell a dog at six weeks. Eight weeks is the MINIMUM age a dog should be re-homed and in quite a few areas it's ILLEGAL to sell a pup under that minimum age. TEN weeks is BEST for small breed dogs for socialization and health issues.
2) There is no such thing as a "teacup" dog. "Teacup" is irresponsible breeder slang for "sickly undersized runt." The term is NOT recognized by any legit kennel clubs or organizations. Be ready to spend THOUSANDS on vet bills and don't be surprised if this kind of dog dies early (say within a year of purchase.)
3) Poms come in ONE size - under seven pounds. No recognized size distinctions between seven or two pounds animals. Period.
4) You won't find a well bred dog for less than $800. And no "two for one" deals.
Sounds to me that you're not ready to own a dog of ANY kind, let alone two.

You can ask to be put on a list at your local animal shelter. You might not get those ages but they sure could use a good, kind and loving home and show extreme gratitude and loyalty to you.

A "teacup" dog is a runt, they are usually unhealthy. Pomeranians are small enough as it is!
